1. How do I order a Product from your website?

To order a product, simply add items to your bag by clicking buy now OR dragging the item to your bad and checking out. You can check the tutorial here for some help on navigation and checking out.
2. Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes, we do. Simply click on the credit card payment method once you check out and this will be coursed thru Paypal.
3. Do you offer FREE Shipping?
Yes, we offer FREE SHIPPING on most items except for some where a P100-P250 charge is required depending on size. Please Note that: (1) All glutathione Injectable IVs and IMs; and (2) All Multiple orders atleast two or more items are FREE of shipping and delivery charges.
4. When and how do you ship orders?
For Provincial orders, we ship thru LBC. We shipout orders same day as your payment. Our cut-off is at 5pm from Mondays to Saturdays. We do not have shipping on Sundays (FYI, LBC does not have forwarding on a Sunday). Cutoffs may change during holidays or natural disasters. Shipping hours are between 6.30 to 8pm.
5. What is my guarantee that my item will be shipped after payment?
All our online transactions are being reviewed by Yotpo, an external US-based feedback generating platform. You can check the FB reviews for our fan page and also check the comments section prior to any transactions. You can also go to our PROOF OF SHIPPING page.

Yes. Each product also has a lot number that may be traced back to the manufacturer. Again, this site has been up since 2010. We have built a good reputation and we plan to keep it that way. If you are the kind of person who prefer to look for proof of purchase from abroad, please buy direct from the USA.
10. Do you offer Money-back guarantees?
