Cash on delivery is only available in Metro Manila (with the exception of some areas). There is a minimum of 1500 for COD Orders.  We normally deliver next day from when an order is placed. Delivery time requests CANNOT be guaranteed.  We, together with our couriers, have the right to refuse any requests that are out of bounds.  A maximum of 20 minutes will be alloted per transaction.  Couriers are advised to leave premises if the customer does not show up within the time frame.  Please prepare exact change at all times.

Please confirm availability of product prior to pick up.  Not all products may be available at any time.

Orders received before 3:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock and payment has no issues. Most orders received after 3:00 PM will ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends.  We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.  Please allow 1 to 2 days for delivery.  We encourage you to order in a timely manner to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

We do not offer money back guarantees on any of the items we sell.  If you prefer this type of set-up, please order directly from the manufacturer of the product you are interested in.
